Late fees may be assessed on outstanding balances greater than or equal to $250. The University offers a one-time courtesy refund of one late fee for each student during their entire time at ˽ÃÜÊÓƵ. After the one-time courtesy refund has been utilized by the student, there will be no additional late fee refunds unless the late fee had been posted to the account in error by ˽ÃÜÊÓƵ.
Grace Period: Students and families who submit their payment before 4:00 p.m. on the fifth day of the month will avoid the current month's late fee.

Returned Payment Fees:
Payments made via ACH or check that are not able to be processed due to insufficient funds or bad account information being provided when submitting payment, will be assessed a $20.00 Returned Check Fee.
Wire Transfer Fee:
˽ÃÜÊÓƵ does not accept payment via direct wire transfer. If payment is made via wire transfer a $50.00 processing fee will be assessed to your student billing account.
